Scheduling Appointments
Our normal office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but may vary with location. We make every effort to give you an appointment time that is most convenient with your schedule. Typically, our phone lines are open through the noon lunch hour for your convenience in making appointments. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24-hour notice. If your regular physician is not scheduled to be in the office and an appointment is needed for that day, one of our other physicians will be happy to see you. There may be other times such as evenings and weekends when another physician will be providing your care. We practice as partners and work as a cohesive team.

Emergency Phone Calls
We encourage you to make routine telephone calls during regular office hours. Our nurses are well qualified to answer many of your medical questions. If you have a complex problem, the doctor will be consulted and your call will be returned as soon as possible. There is always a physician on call after office hours, including weekends and holidays. In the event of an after-hours emergency, call our office and the answering service will promptly alert the physician on call.

Prescription Refills:
The best way to have a prescription refilled is to give your pharmacist the prescription number from the label. If the prescription information is not available or you need a new prescription, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance and we will phone in a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Please avoid prescription requests on weekends. Prescriptions for narcotics may only be filled during normal business hours.
