Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioners to join our team. The position is located at our Meridian Park Hospital location in Tualatin OR. This NP provides primary care in collaborative joint practice with the physicians to oncology patients. Scope of responsibility includes expert practitioner, educator/teacher, care management, consultant, nurse researcher, and nurse leader.

Successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrate the ability to engage patients in care plan through professional and companionate communications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program for nursing education and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program. Minimum of three years post MSN experience in oncology nursing. Experience and knowledge in the management of the physiologic and psychological effects of cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in Oregon. Current state certification of Nurse Practitioner. Current CPR certification required. ACON certification required.

Oncology Certified Nurse
Seeking a full time Oncology Nurse to join our team. Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Demonstrates knowledge of age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly. This includes physiological, psychological, and developmental differences unique to each group. This position is located at our Rose Quarter Cancer Center in Portland OR. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred. Minimum 3 years nursing experience, including at least one year oncology nursing experience. Experience and knowledge of the purpose and use of medications in the treatment of cancer. Current OCN certification required. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current CPR certification required. Must maintain continuing education requirements.

Admixture Technician
Under direct supervision of a physician working within a clinic admixture room, the Admixture Tech. performs the technical aspects of medication preparation, distribution, record keeping, and inventory control. Tasks are subject to sequential or final verification by a registered nurse of a registered pharmacist.

*Prepares and checks medication orders
*Checks orders for insurance approval
*Calculates correct dosage volumes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: HS Diploma, 3-5 yrs exp in IV admixture, some chemotherapy admixture desirable. Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent preferred. Must have basic knowledge of pharmaceutical & related medical terminology, ability to read/interpret prescription information & know aseptic techniques & procedures.


Certified Dosimetrist
The Dosimetrist will participate in patient CT simulation and will work closely with the Radiation Oncologist and Physicist in the design and planning of the patient treatments as well as collaborate with the radiation therapist for scheduling and patient set up to ensure accurate delivery of the radiation treatments.

Medical Technologist
Seeking registered Medical Technologists or Medical Laboratory Technicians (ASCP or equivalent) to join quality oriented staff in state of the art medical laboratory. Opportunity for professional growth and rewarding patient contact. Phlebotomy experience required; some hematology experience helpful. Full or part time positions available. No weekends, nights or holidays. Competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess:

*Excellent phlebotomy skills.
*Knowledge of clinical laboratory principals, practices, and protocols.
*Good verbal skills required for communicating with patients and other medical personnel.
*Ability to concentrate and attend to detail in a busy environment.
*Hematology experience preferred.
*Basic computer literacy preferred.
